Follow the signs to the Cicero Twin Ice Rinks, located in the large yellow building on the right side of this road. FROM THE WEST (I-90) I-90 (NYS Thruway): take I-81 North (exit #36). 81-North to Cicero-Rte. 31 (exit #30), take rte. 31 west beneath I-81 underpass for a short distance, turn right at 2nd light onto rte. 11 North.
